Turnaround Time:
We have a 2 week
(14 days) turn around time on this logo package before initial
logo is available for viewing. This turn around time is needed to thoroughly
and correctly research your company, product or service. We need to
understand your type of business before we create a unique identity
for your competing business. Depending on how many alterations you desire,
will result in the remaining time to complete your project.
How It All Happens:
1) Once your payment is received, we begin
the research into the look of your new business identity image.
2) When your variations of your logos are
ready, you will be called, e-mailed or faxed a private secured username
and password. This will enable you to access a secured and private web
page where you can personally choose the logo you want to continue to
develop and/or make alterations to it. This username and password will
be issued to you when the logos are ready for initial viewing. Payment
must be received in order for this private web page to be created. For
those without Internet access, a hard copy will be mailed out to you
with the variations. We can also fax or send you the variations on an
easy to view and install diskette.
3) We will continue to work on your logo
until you are satisfied with it (provided that the number of alterations
is less than the maximum allowed for this package, or additional extra
costs will be charged to you).
4) Final logo camera ready stationery digital
files and/or artwork are sent to you once package design is completed.
Any remaining amounts must be paid prior to finalization of final approved
logo and before design of stationery. If a detailed illustration is
desired as a preferred logo, extra charges may apply according to its
final complexity.
5) 1-800-MYLOGO does not provide registration
services, nor does it assume responsibility of an event of a plagiarized
name, existing identity, or extreme logo similarity. However, in the
event of this situation, we will modify the logo up to two alterations
to correct and/or aid our customer for a time period of no more than
6 months of creating primary image. We suggest you register the logo
with your state or province in order to protect its design. This will
protect you from others copying its design. In the event that you wish
to terminate any design in progress, a termination fee will be applied
dependent on the status of work already done. Online Tech support does
not include the manipulation of any file or file format. The final logo
is property of the customer, and will be displayed on our web page or
catalogue only with permission of the owner.
