How Do I receive my Files?

All finalized logo design files, in multiple formats are available for Instant Download upon finalization of the logo design project. These files are stored online for a limited time, however, you can download the files as often as you wish, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lifetime Storage of Your Logo Design Files is available for a one time fee. Read more about our Storage Products & Services in our "LifeTime Storage" section of our website.
Files can also be mailed to you on CD. Ask your Project Coordinator for more information about mailing your CD.

How It All Happens:

1) Once your order is placed, we begin the research into the look of your new business identity image.

2) You will receive an email with launch date and location of your logo designs. An online location (private web page) will be created for you, and you will be sent an email with its location, where you can personally choose the logo you want to continue to develop and/or make alterations to it. This username and password will be issued to you when your order is placed.

3) We will continue to work on your logo until you are satisfied with it.

4) Final logo camera ready logo and stationery digital files and/or artwork are available to you once package design is completed. Digital files will be posted online for a limited time for you to instantly download anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a detailed illustration is desired as a preferred logo, extra charges may apply according to its final complexity.

5) 1-800-MYLOGO does not provide registration services, nor does it assume responsibility of an event of a plagiarized name, existing identity, or extreme logo similarity. We suggest you register the logo with your state or province in order to protect its design. This will protect you from others copying its design. In the event that you wish to terminate any design in progress, a termination fee may be applied dependent on the status of work already done. The final logo is property of the customer, and will be displayed on our web page or catalogue only with permission of the owner.
