1800MyLogo Completes Corporate Identity Project for Tivoli System's Customer Relations

The solution was to implement a comprehensive internal identity program that could be easily integrated into Tivoli's overall marketing management strategies.

The identity focus for the project was to integrate the phrase "Tivoli Customer Experience" into an expressive modern looking logo concept that would convey communication, interaction, care, user-friendliness, and professionalism. In addition the design must also be representative of Tivoli's mandate of open door policies. 1800MyLogo expanded on the idea of the "meeting of two minds" and created a highly stylized image of two face profiles facing one another with a geometrical element that originates in one profile and trajects into the other. The geometrical element is symbolic of the idea of helping the customer through the exchange of knowledge. The profiles were created with thick soft lines, which give the image a less aggressive feel exuding a sense of friendliness and care.
