QDP1. How can I send the information which I would like you to
use when designing my logo?
Please don't forget that communication is essential
during the design process. Since we create custom logos and not ready made clip art, your
input is extremely important. Send us your ideas, rough sketches, suggestions, anything
you think may be of help BEFORE the deadline indicated on your
webpage, by sending an email with the information and/or attachments to support@1800mylogo.com

can I do if I need my logo very urgently?
You can have your logo designed
as a priority package. Contact us for more information.
QDP3. When
do I receive my Logo Design Kit?
Your Logo Design Kit is
sent after we receive your final approval indicating the final version of the logo online.
Allow three business days to process all the files.
QDP4. When
and where will I see my logos?
Your initial logo variations
will be posted online ten business days after we receive the full payment. You will
receive an e-mail containing the exact date and time of the initial uploads as well as the
web address and password to your web page.
QDP5. How can I send
my comments?
The web page where your logo designs will be posted will include a form where you can
enter your comments. Just press SEND after you filled up the form and it's done!
QDP6. How can I send my info for the Stationery Design?
First it would be very helpful and it would speed up the layout design if you could
send us all the information you would like to appear on your Stationery all at
once. Sending this information piece by piece may delay the Stationery design
process. You can provide the information the sending an email with the information and/or attachments to support@1800mylogo.com
QDP7. I need my
logo in various formats before the completion of the whole design
process
Once we receive your online approval, we can send you the final version of your logo
in the format you require. We ask that you please be patient since we process numerous
files daily.
